I have now replaced 2 of these units under warranty because of the dreaded flow rate 0.0 ml/s issue. I am hoping it won't but still feel like the 3rd is going to have the same issue in a bit too. I figured for my troubles, asking them to replace my black unit with a white one, which I originally wanted but they weren't made at the time, seemed like a simple ask as well but alas they have shipped me a black unit back both times.

Excellent product. Without any doubt, the best coffee maker I have ever owned.

It’s great! It does take some trial and error especially when transitioning from a keurig. The grinder got jammed on the third grind but it’s easy to clean out.

Been using the Aiden for about a month or two now and it’s overall been a good experience. However there are definitely some pain points that are frankly disappointing on a product this expensive. First: the display. I’m not sure why they thought a circular screen was a good idea, but it’s just not. Awkwardly cuts off information in menu screens (which is most of the screens). Additionally the scroll wheel as the only input feels a bit awkward and makes menu’ing pretty slow and tedious, particularly when backing out of menus. I think the Aiden 2 should definitely opt for a simple rectangular touch screen. Second, the app. Because the screen is such an awkward method of interaction, anything more complicated than immediately triggering a preset brew basically needs to be down through the phone app. The phone app is not terrible, but it’s also not good. Frequently requires me to log back in, and often has difficulty connecting the Aiden. I’ve also noticed that when setting scheduled brews, it can be hard to tell if the schedule was *actually* saved. Several times now, I’ve scheduled a brew only for it to not actually happen, presumably because the app UI said it was scheduled, but silently failed to update the device. This is a really bad user experience, particularly for how expensive this brewer is.

I bought this a couple months ago and am very pleased. The videos available are really good to learn about the coffee maker and if there is a problem, Fellow is very responsive. Make sure you download the app to keep the coffee maker updated. Use the flush feature and descale it regulary. I really like this coffee maker and the company, it is first rate.

The chop lid when you try to open it bumps into the upper kitchen cabinets. You need a different type of lid over the coffee, basket, etc..

Our household has been loving the Fellow Aiden. The coffee comes out great, and the customizations you can dial in are awesome. I am an obsessive on researching before I buy and this purchase has lived up to expectations. The Aiden destroys everything at this price. If you're on the fence, just buy it and thank me later.

This works so well, it’s like a nearly automated Chemex! I’ve managed to dial in the settings to reflect the flavor profile I’m used to and being able to schedule or just initiate that profile to generate coffee when I want it is a real game changer. Side note - this is first grinds basket I’ve ever had tat doesn’t drip on the floor on its way to the trash can. Awesome design and a well made machine.

I love the design of Aiden. I think that’s my favorite part. It is very sleek. I also like that it doesn’t take too much space. I think one thing that I don’t like as much is the design of the digital interface and menu options. I wish that the brew schedule was simpler. Also, the temperature of the coffee does not feel as hot as I would like it.

Water tank and carafe need to be better

Easy to use. Enjoy being able to fine tune variables. Water tank is difficult to read. Carafe doesn’t keep coffee hot long enough. Wide hole on top makes coffee cool off too quickly. This is not a thermal carafe.
Must buy for any coffee lover

Once you get the options understood and set your preferences, it’s easy. Makes an awesome cup of coffee. So quiet you think it’s not running. Love it.
Best Coffee Maker. EVER

This is THE best coffee maker. Ever. I can’t believe how good of a cup of pour over this makes. Also as a newbie to coffee nerddom, this makes the process EASY. How many cup? What’s the roast? It tells you the weight of the coffee. Combined with the Tally Ho and the Opus, it has been the best way to start off the morning. Also the ability to make a single mug of coffee is key.
Maybe-but do your research first!

Husband chose this -and while it MAY end up being ok-so far, I'm not impressed. Nowhere did we notice the carafe does not keep the coffee hot. And the Guided Brew option uses TWICE the amount of coffee compared to what we used before and with today's prices-it's not a good look. Also-and it's husband's fault-but I don't want to have to use an app to make my morning coffee. It is a cool-looking machine though-gotta give it that.
