Awesome Coffee
Makes great coffee. Just wish it made 20 cups so we could have more without making more.

Good machine
I've had this about a month. Happy with the quality of my coffee and the anesthetic of the machine. I wish the carafe kept the coffee warmer longer is my only complaint so far.

So good!
Absolutely shocked at how much better my coffee is now compared to what my last coffee maker brewed. I wasted so much money in the past on good beans and a bad coffee maker. Only downside is that without a heating pad, the coffee in the pot will cool down. Perfect for me but maybe not for all day drinkers.

Still learning
I am giving the Aiden 4 stars in the hopes that my relationship with this coffee machine is progressing in a positive direction. It is a nice looking brewer, quiet, and mechanically easy to use. I really like how it calculates the grams of beans per ml of water based on the brew ratio you input. I like how easy it is to pick a range of batch sizes. As a person who has not been doing pour overs at home, but really likes a good cup of coffee, I am finding that having the ability to adjust ratios, temperatures, bloom times, and pulses is really important to get the best from different coffee beans. Of course, that means each bean really needs Aiden optimization and takes some commitment to get the best from it. I had high expectations but admittedly am a novice at tweaking so many possible variables. My first week using both a new Aiden and new Opus grinder together was a disaster. The Aiden's stock guided brew recipes did not help the dark roast Chiapas beans that I had on hand. The learning curve for the Opus grinder and Aiden combination was steep. Just adjusting the grind size inside the suggested ranges for a dark roast (or a medium roast) guided brew profile was time consuming. I typically brew 750ml, neither a single serve nor full batch, so my making adjustments was a slow process. I also occasionally blend regular and decaf beans, complicating the process. Understanding the purpose of each of the custom settings on the Aiden helps, but there is a lot to unpack when working with a coffee bean with no suggested starting grind setting/brew profile that I could appreciate. After lots of research, I came across ChatGPT-Aiden Profile Creator that gave me more solid starting points, including grinder settings for the Opus. I can report that with some modifications, I had my first really enjoyable cup of coffee this morning. The flavor profile listed by my roastery for my beans was actually in my cup. I have tried a few single serves (decaf beans) but there has always been center channeling so I am still tweaking that one. The batch filter always has a nice distribution. My suggestions to folks are always remember to preheat the carafe with hot water. Consider lowering the temperatures and use 2-3 pulses with smaller batches. Grind size matters and the wide ranges listed for the different roast levels can be frustrating, so be patient. I have not yet tried a "drop", but I am assuming that would have been a lot easier of an introduction. Pre-ground coffees using the stock guided settings are going to be "flat" in my experience, so find some beans you like. Be patient and do some research. Keep in mind that your taste in coffee is unique to you, so you may not enjoy someone else's grind and brew profiles. Consider using ChatGPT-Aiden Profile Generator as a starting point, especially if you can enter the URL for your particular bean - but be careful because the roast darkness or flavor profile ChatGPT brings up may not match your beans, especially if you are using a small local roaster or roast your own. AI is definitely not perfect. I would not call the Aiden a "plug and play" machine. But if you want to actually taste your coffee the way it is supposed to taste, once you find a good bean, grinder setting, and brew profile combination, you will understand.

Great Purchase
Extremely happy with the purchase of an Aiden brewer. It brews great tasting coffee. I love the flexibility of Instant and Guided Brew, batch as well as single-serve. The ability to download customized profiles for specific coffees is great. I did a lot of research on competing products and the varied range of customized brewing styles and profiles is what sets this modern brewer apart. There are 3rd party/user websites to customize brewing profiles. The black cube asthetic is cool and the stainless steel carafe keeps the morning batch brew hot. Great buy coupled with Ode Gen 2 Grinder.

Fellow Aiden Coffee Machine
The Fellow Aiden is easily the best coffee machine I’ve ever owned. It completely transformed my coffee experience! No more bitter or burnt flavors, just consistently smooth, great-tasting coffee. Huge credit to Fellow for creating such an exceptional machine. Thanks for making coffee great again!!

I like the color
It is not designed well to make coffee. It is difficult to get water into the reservoir as there is this huge green handle in the way. I have to use a measuring cup several times to fill the reservoir . They mention to have perfect brew you need so many grams of coffee or you ruin the water drip system. I find the carafe does keep my coffee warm if you make sure the lid is sealed. My coffee flavor is not noticeably improved. I like the green color, but disappointed with the product.

Carafe Improvements Needed
The carafe needs to be improved so it doesn’t drip so much. Additionally the carafe doesn’t keep the coffee hot for more than 20 minutes.

Great coffee maker with plenty of features and flexibilty
I bought this coffee maker a few weeks ago and I'm dialing in the grinder settings of my Ode grinder using the guided brew mode. So far, I'm very impressed with the results, getting consistent extraction, flavor and aroma I like. This coffee maker is a joy to use and I look forward to experimenting with it further.

A phenomenal way to enjoy coffee
I love this coffee maker for multiple reasons. The first is that it looks amazing Fellow clearly put their signature spin on what a coffee maker should look like and they knocked it out of the park. It is sleek modern stylish and fits in a countertop well. I also love how they paired it with the fellow drops being able to import profiles from the coffee I buy makes for an easy and fun user experience. Lastly I love this coffee maker simply because it makes one heck of a cup of coffee. The precision you get out of every cup is frankly unrivaled and the depth of flavors it is able to extract are unparalleled. Overall price for quality this is the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned and I would highly recommend one to anyone who likes good coffee!

Alot to love
I purchased this approximately 1 month ago . the overall quality is outstanding . from a design perspective it looks great on the countertop. there are two areas where I think it could be improved . the first area is adding a more thermal carafe solution. for this amount of money the coffee should stay hotter, longer . the other area I believe could use some improvement is the user interface to make a quick pot , quickly . you spend a lot of time adjusting profiles just to make a pot of coffee . Overall though, makes consistently great coffee .. looks great .. and all for a very reasonable price.

It’s ok, for this price should be much nicer.
Makes a great cup, but at this price the amount of plastic coupled with a carafe and lid that are not dishwasher safe is a big bummer.

Great features and coffee!
I have only just started using it but so far it is great. Black coffee tastes better and smoother than my old coffee maker. People in our household that don’t drink black tried it and liked it.

Good features and functionality
I purchased the Aiden about a month ago and so far so good. I had read the reviews before I purchased it and they were fairly accurate. I like the versatility of changing the brew pattern for the type of coffee you are using (light roast, medium roast, etc.) and also being able to create your own formula. It was fairly straight forward to set it up and start using it. It looks very sleek and I like that the carafe keeps the coffee hot without burning it. Also it seems easy to clean so far. Similar to other reviewers the only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the price. It is a little pricey but I like good coffee so I decided to treat myself.

Phenomenal Coffee Guaranteed
If you've ever wanted barista-quality coffee, complete with a proper bloom, stable temperature, and efficient extraction without the learning curve of a pour-over setup, the Fellow Aiden may be the machine you've been waiting for. It combines the art of hand-brewing with the convenience of automation, delivering pour-over quality results without requiring any specialized skill. The results are nothing less than remarkable—nuanced, fully-extracted, and most importantly, delicious. The Aiden is as easy to use as it is beautiful. Whether you want a quick single cup or a full batch, the machine tells you exactly how much coffee to add and knows just how much water to pull from the tank — no measuring, no math. More advanced users can create custom brew profiles or use preloaded Fellow Drop custom brews. Like all machines, the Aiden isn't perfect. The machine doesn't quite feel as premium as Fellow's other products — not cheap exactly, but like most reviewers, I recognize that the build quality feels much cheaper than its price point. However, I have not found problems with the app though these have been reported. Ultimately, this is a phenomenal machine that brings a master barista into your home.

Worth every penny!
We have been using our Aiden for about a month and are extremely pleased with the machine. We had standard drip machine and this is a HUGE improvement! We love dark coffee and now get consistently smooth and strong cups of coffee. I appreciate the ease of using either the app or the machine to set schedules for brewing. I had a small issue with connecting to the app, and just needed to temporarily get my Wifi into 2.4GHz mode.

Decent but overrated
I bought this about a month ago, and overall I've been a bit disappointed in this coffeemaker, especially at this price point. The coffee is good but not amazing. The digital interface is a little bit janky and odd (e.g., the text/words often don't fit within the circle itself), and I absolutely hate the design of the water container––the handle is permanently attached to the inside and makes it impossible to fully clean it! My favorite thing about it is that it has coffee ready for me at exactly the time that I want.
