Go back to the drawing board Bissel this is trash!
So I just got done using this out of a full tank of water it only pulled up 25% off the carpet! Puppy pee is not something I would use this on in carpet. I wouldn’t use this for any carpet doesn’t have a strong enough motor to do what it should. Waste of money and time. I did like the way the hose wrapped around the machine. I hated that I had to fill the water 3 times to try to clean a three foot area. Still didn’t get the water out of the carpet even with not spraying at all and pushing as hard as I could. The water containers do not hold enough water to clean much of anything which is annoying. I don’t want to have to fill this thing every 2 minutes to try to clean up a spot. I wouldn’t waste your money on this machine.

Saved my $750 recliner from cat urine.
I bought this to replace a Eureka upholstery cleaner that burned up on me. This Bissell has much stronger suction and the Bissell cleaning solution does a much better job of breaking down cat urine. My recliner now has zero oder to it now. It did take four attempts though until the water started to come out mostly clear in the dirty water tank. But this carpet cleaners stronger suction did a great job of drying off my chair compared to the Eureka I had before this.

At first my husband wasn’t sure what we would use this for. After multiple accidents from our dog, it is safe to say that this was worth the investment. Gets out stinks and stains with ease. Love this product.

Disappointed
The parts break very easily & little pieces come apart so it doesn’t work properly. I hadn’t even had this thing for a month before the tiny suction pieces went missing and it never worked the same…hate it, a waste of money & it never pulled the light stains out my couch,

Exceeded expectations
I purchased this in a bit of a panic, as my cat had thrown up quite a bit of food on my bedroom rug. I was worried it was already getting dry by the time I got home to clean it. This little unit exceeded my expectations and cleaned the spot perfectly. Very happy with the purchase, as I was able to cancel the carpet cleaners I had scheduled. I also like how Bissell foundation supports pet shelters and adoptions.

Leaks
Good suction and does the job. But it leaked from the bottom where the clean water/solution reservoir is. Didn’t even get to use it more than once. And by “it leaked,” I mean there was a literal puddle under the machine. I even held the hose up for a bit after using it to ensure no water would leak from the hose. I’d recommend going with a different brand

Do Not Recommend
After using Bissell products for years, I am saddened to say this was very disappointing. The suction is very poor, and the self-cleaning function leaks. To add, I would not consider a tool self-cleaning when you still have to manually clean it. The scrub bristles grab pet hair, but if you do not manually remove it right away, it will fall off as you’re cleaning. I like the portability of it, but that’s all. I would not recommend this product, especially not for the price.

Don’t buy this. Mine stopped working after 3 months. Only used it occasionally on minor stains and eventually it started leaking. Instead of the water coming out of the hose, it just leaked out of the bottom.

Portable Pet Cleaner
This works SO well for smaller areas. I used it for an area that my shampoo cleaner couldn’t reach closer to the wall to clean up cat urine and it worked so well. It kind of leaks water around the tube part and I have to dry that part of it after using but still worked very well while using and wasn’t leaking while in use.

Powerful yet so easy to use
This is an amazing little machine! It is small and lightweight enough to be easily portable all over the house, even when the canister(s) are loaded with liquid (cleaning solution or waste water), yet powerful enough to deal with nasty messes. I got this because I have a new puppy who was having problems with training; lots of indoor urine messes on the carpet. I had used other enzymatic products, which prevented stains, but I couldn’t abide the scent, and could still catch a whiff of the original urine. I first used this Little Green Max to re-treat the old spots and it completely removed the odors of both the old urine and the overlaid chemicals: after a few days, you couldn’t tell anything had happened, even if you put your nose right down on the carpeting. Puppy has been successfully house trained, but now we are dealing with inappropriate chewing, and times where he eats objects that don’t agree with his digestion. I’ve had three early-morning instances of vomiting (one stick, and two hunks of plastic) and because this machine is so quick and easy to set up and use, dealing with the liquified portion of the vomit is a breeze. The vacuum is extremely powerful, better than my household vacuum, and it is so easy to not only set up and use, but cleaning the machine itself is simple. The best part may be the fact that you can use the “self clean” to rinse out the tubing and nozzle. No lingering smells in the machine itself! I love this product and consider it an essential tool in my cleaning arsenal.

Missing parts and used product !!!
Product was boxed perfectly looked brand new. But vacuum heads missing and bottle of urine cleaner was used and cap still on. Disappointed and wasted lots of time!!!
