Love this product. We have a Bissell upright, so I knew I could trust this product. We were having issues potty training our rescue, so there were lots of peeing accidents happening throughout the house. It was too much to constantly be taking out our large upright Bissell cleaner so I bought this for quick at the moment use. It works very well. Charges quickly. Love that you can store it with cleaning fluid inside for quick use. I did have to get use to how to hold it to direct the spray (I hold it a little more upright over the spot to be cleaned otherwise I was overshooting where I needed to clean). While suction is good for such a small cleaner, I also use my other hand to press down a little on nozzle to help with suction. Cleans the spots really well. Very, very happy I purchased!

Do not recommend this product.
Does not work well. Have tried everything to ensure I’m using it correctly. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Great Newly Designed BISSELL PET ERASER
I have gone through several of your old designed pet erasers and was disappointed. The cap on the dispenser bottle cracked so easily. This new design is a keeper for sure! Easy to use and especially easy to clean. Kudos to the department/persons who redesigned this!

I was so excited but this had minimal suction
this will only suck up water from a completely saturated and soaked carpet. Unfortunately even when you can get it to suck up some water it leaves the carpet wet... not damp... wet. I have multiple other bissell products that I love so this was a big let down :(

Not worth purchasing. Blinking light and won't keep a charge. Purchased 2 chargers and still won't work. It's just a piece of crap now.

I wish it would work more than the initial time.
The first one I had worked great the first 10 minutes I used it then it would not charge and I couldn't use it a second time. BISSELL sent me a replacement and it charges just fine but the sprayer button doesn't work. The cleaning solution doesn't spray out. I did all the trouble shooting and cannot get it to spray, although it does charge up again. I've only had the replacement for a few days. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I primed it and hold it at the proper angle and the sprayer doesn't appear to be clogged. I really like this hand held carpet cleaner but neither one has worked more than one time. I'm disappointed. I was hoping to be able to use this for pet messes regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for cleaning up pet messes. The lack of wheels, which the previous model had, is both good and bad. It's good because one of the wheel wells on the previous model couldn't be cleaned out, so it got pretty nasty after a while. So, not having wheels eliminates that problem. Flip side, though, is that without wheels it doesn't seem to move over the carpet as smoothly, making it a bit more work to deeply clean the carpet. Machine clean-up after use is easy.

Very easy to use at any age
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 small dogs, one is 15 years old. I am always finding small puddles on the carpet. It is so easy to just grab the Bissell , blot, then spray the stain and vacuum up. There is a lot of power in the machine, so I have no trouble cleaning up even at 82.

Handy!
We got a new little puppy and I ordered this thinking that it could do quick clean ups to tide over until I could get the full steam cleaner out. No need! This little, lightweight machine does great and the sprayer is nice and strong. I feel like I'm getting enough spray to dilute the stain before sucking up the liquid. I found that it charges faster than the quoted time. SO glad to have found this while our puppy is training!!!!

It's okay
It works well on carpet, but the suction isn't very powerful-it sucks the liquid up from my carpet (which is somewhat shaggy), but leaves upholstery pretty wet. I'll keep it for spot cleaning the rug, but was disappointed that it's not going to be a good tool for the couch.
