A good coffee pot
Have had this for a couple of months. It replaced a Keurig. I wish this Ninja had an option to brew pods hotter and for a longer time. The Keuring had that option and I miss that. This pot would be perfect with those options.

Could be better
We bought this item because of the different features but we have returned one for not heating the coffee consistently. We have only had the second one for about a week and I'm still not Impressed with its inconsistency. We love hot coffee and not luke warm . As of right now Im not so sure how long this one will be on the counter.

Great while it lasted.
Quit working after 2 months. Shorts out when you press the classic or rich button. Stops brewing and resets clock. Girlfriend is switching brands after this.

Bad
I bougth this a couples months ago, I tried to clean the bottom the created mold impossible to clean. Really disappointed waste of money.

Makes cold coffee when you ask for hot
Rubbish. Makes cold coffee even on the hot setting. There is no ability to heat your cup or cups. They keep warm setting does a crappy job and cannot be altered. Regularly makes only half a cup when you ask for a full cup. The only thing good about this thing is the milk froth or. Otherwise complete rubbish.

Suddenly not working
I loved this coffee maker until now. Suddenly it started blowing coffee grounds out the top of the pod and into.my cup. I cannot find any troubleshooting or reason why this is happening.

Versatile, flexible, EASY
We have owned MANY drip coffee makers, but none have come close to the convenience and brew quality of this Ninja DualBrew. It is so simple to operate, flexible, and versatile. We LOVE the removable water reservoir - it makes brewing a pot of coffee so easy, unlike many other brands we have owned. Coffee - whether it's by the cup or pot (hot or iced) comes out smooth and delicious consistently every time. The handy coffee scoop attached to the side of the machine couldn't be more helpful. This is a superior product, and we will never use anything else.

I use it everyday for cold brew!
This is my first ever coffee maker and I love this thing! For some reason whenever I make coffee using a generic coffee pot it sucks, so I love that this comes with the custom coffee ground scooper so you can measure out how much you need. I use it primarily for the cold brew feature which has been amazing -- I just make a pot the night before and then stick it in the fridge. I haven't used the K-cup feature yet, so I can't comment on that. But I really do love this thing and believe it was worth every penny! I did also buy the re-usable Ninja coffee filter (sold seperately) to use with it which is a must have, in my opinion.

No more Keurig- Hello Ninja!
Excellent coffeemaker! I purchased this after going through my third Keurig in 5 years. A friend recommended the brand, and I am thrilled that I listened to her. The biggest difference is the quality of the machine, and secondly the versatility (ground or K Cup) and the icing on the cake was that once the K Cup is completed brewing, there is no dripping of coffee anywhere. I used to have to have a paper towel ready and leave it under the spout for my Keurigs, as the drip-drip-drip of coffee after each cup brewed was inevitable. I would not hesitate to buy this brand again.

Cheap Junk
This is just cheap, plastic junk that falls apart if you try to clean it. Don't waste your money on it. Buy from a reputable manufactuer. Ninja isn't one.
