  • A: I’m only on my third use and it will not suck up anything. I can’t figure out why, but I’m ready to return it. I cleaned the pet hair from the roller brush. The first use it worked great, I emptied the canister and as soon as they put it back together, it’s working less and less. Help! Lol.

  • A: I have had several of these vacuums still do but the hair clogs them up quick! I use a wood skewer to pull the hair out from behind the roller brushes - it's a drag but when it's not clogged up it works great!

  • A: The flexible hose that enables the vac head to move up and down is probably the source of a clog. Remove the vac head from the stick handle and use one of those white plastic barbed drain cleaner things to gently remove the wad of whatever. Do yourself a favor and perform this task over a towel or trash bag. You can also remove the plate covering the brush head to really see what you’re doing.

  • A: Basically yes. There's a button to turn it on, but it's about as powerful as sucking up dirt with a drinking straw, so you have to hold the button for "extra power" down the whole time.

  • A: You must use your left thumb pressed firmly on the button for 60 seconds without lifting your pressured thumb. After that you must plug it in once , turn it off and the use right pointer finger to turn on the light feature only. If you need to vacuum I suggest buying a Dyson spend 5 times as much as use that

    Do not buy

    Bought it today and upon opening it I realized it was dirty and did not work. I assume someone used it and returned it, don’t understand why they would put it back on the floor to be sold if it is disgustingly dirty ( and has a bad odor) ?

    This vacuum performed well, quiet, efficient. However I returned it because there was a power driven head which many people might like but with my bad shoulders meant I just kept crashing into furniture or walls.

    First think I decided to do was vacuum the stairs. It “plugged” after half a stair. The light turned red and stopped working constantly. It had only been 5 days from the last time I vacuumed the stairs so should not be too bad. Returning as it did not work well at all. It also does not stand up on its own as the battery and storage are at the top. That was not a deal breaker but also not great.

    Dont order !!!!!! They sell junk

    Had this delivered to my mom who’s bed ridden for her cleaners. It was missing the main part! Targets solution.. tell her to goto target and return it, even though she’s bed ridden then had the audacity to ask me to drive to her from 2hrs away to return it! No other solution available according to them

    Poor design! Too heavy and falls over. Fell over soon as I took out of the box (without knowing about the horrible design) and broke a piece off the cup part. Too too heavy to stand up and no holder provided. Does not have great suction either, unless on turbo and then battery dies in 15 minutes.
