DO NOT PURCHASE
Do not purchase these cordless lithium battery items from Tineco. They work fine for a year and then suddently stop charging, without little use and no change in operating habits. Not to mention dealing with their customer service is basically talking to a robot and requires repeat communications. Not worth the money. I wish I would have spent a little bit more to purchase a Shark or Bissell with the same capabilities.

Worst Vacuum Ever
I never write reviews but I have to, to save you! This is the worst vacuum I have ever used. It can’t even hold power for me to vacuum my little bedroom before it powers off due to “full filter”. I have spent a lot of money replacing the filters and cleaning them and there has been no change. I always make sure it is fully charged before use and it powers off after 30 seconds. I would never recommend this vacuum to anyone. Save your money and buy a vacuum that actually works.

I was so excited about this vacuum. I’ve used it twice. It is two months old and should work perfectly but nope. It is shooting out cat litter everywhere I go no matter how many times I clean it out. What the heck kind of vacuum is this? It’s so cheap. I paid $200 for nothing. I now have guests coming over and my apartment has cat litter and cat hair everywhere and dirt.

Do not buy this vacuum
Stopped working after 4 months of use. Suction is good but now the light and roller brush don’t turn on. Bought the extended warranty and they said to contact the manufacturer. I’m no longer within the return window through target. Waste of time and money.

Already looking for another vaccum
This vacuum might be great for someone who doesn’t have kids or pets. It doesn’t pick up anything - I’ve used Dirt Devils in college apartments that worked better. The “eco” button appears to just be for decoration bc it makes no difference when in use. It doesn’t stand on its own when not in use, you have to use the wall mount (putting screw holes in the wall). I hate I wasted so much money on a product that doesn’t work.

So disappointed
The vacuum lasted about 8 minutes on a full charge. It was plugged in for 18 hours. The description was deceiving. Now I have to take it back to the store which is 40 miles away. Target won't let me send it back.

Poor battery
I was excited for this vacuum and I would’ve loved it because the suction is really good but I am really disappointed in the battery life/function. It seems to do really well on everything except area rugs. The battery (on full charge) immediately depletes and then dies on me as soon as I start vacuuming my area rug, and it’s on the lowest setting. I reached out to customer service and did all the tests they sent, and on max power the battery only lasts 8 minutes on my regular floors— they said the battery was functioning normal so they were not going to send a replacement of any sorts. I will be returning to get something else better suited to my needs.

Definitely an Upgrade From Grabbing a Broom and Dust Pan and I Love It
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum came in a relatively tiny box, compact and light to my surprise. I had a light “oh” moment as I was actually truly surprised the whole thing fit in there. Everything was put together with a few quick click, really that simple. The instructions were very simple and short because it literally just clicks in its visual design. Suction is decent. Definitely better the second or third power setting, but the battery runs faster if you up it to those more powerful settings. But for a quick sweep of my hardwood floors for a daily go will do to pick up the fly aways. I do notice not every gets sucked up on this first setting, even lighter small debris can get overlooked. I think the full container isn’t bad and carries enough. Unlatching it can be a headache as non of the switches to dismount the pieces are labeled and sometimes I go to get the collect unit and I accidentally release the bottom of it and it all pours out - quick clean up with the vacuum. The unit is too bulky to get under a couch seamlessly but I’d say it maneuvers pretty nicely! Noise is not bad!! It’s a vacuum still, but the hum of the unit is tolerable. I like the light feature too. Overall, I love my unit and would repurchase as it’s so simple to use. I do wish it came with an attachment small enough and long enough to get in small tight spaces.

Even bought one for my parents. I thought he was over selling it until I tried it myself. It’s so much more convenient than getting out our canister vacuum and it works just as well! The battery life is convenient and it is easy to maneuver. It grabs pet hair and dust no problem. I hope it lasts for years.

The most interesting thing is that I vacuumed the carpet after cleaning, that is, the carpet should have been clean, but this vacuum cleaner has collected iakokolokotokoil dust that I am shocked how I used to live without it! So, you get the charger, the mount and bolts, and the brush in the kit. It has a dust light, which is also very handy, especially when the lights are dimmed in the house. It charges quickly and takes up very little space. I would also like to note that its main brush is very flexible and movable, so no debris will go unnoticed. The vacuum cleaner itself and its components are of good quality, you can feel the manufacturer's attention to detail. At the top there is a button to turn it on and switch cleaning modes. I can easily operate it with one hand, it is very maneuverable. Compared to other vacuum cleaners, it is very quiet.
