BISSELL CrossWave OmniFind Wet Dry Vacuum 3967: Cordless, Pet Hair Pick Up, Lithium Ion Battery, 25 Min Run Time

Back in 2020, I bought an older vac mop from Bissell, and I’ve used it ever day for the past 5 years. While it still works, I wanted to replace it. The Bissell Crosswave that I purchased as a replacement about a week ago, is even better than the first one we had. The Crosswave has cut my cleaning time in half! Trust me when I say buy this. You won’t be disappointed!

not quite as powerful as the plug in model, but so much more convenient. takes a bit longer to use than my previous plug in model due to the smaller brush size. happy customer regardless. we love our bissell products.

The water tank is small. I have to refill it 1-2 times during cleaning. You can’t control how much water/solution is used, it releases solution when you push away and suctions when you pull the cleaner back toward you, mine seems to release way too much water, floors are soaked and it starts to streak soap and doesn’t suction it all back up.

I luv so much quick and easy. And I never like to labor work in my home.

As a household with 2 dogs we have a lot of dog hair around our house, both short and long coats. Plus a drooly boy. This thing is amazing. I got this after bringing my previous Crosswave to an Airbnb without dogs, and I think I made the right choice. It's so much lighter and quieter, and easier to clean thanks to the little guard thing in the wet tank that keeps the solids away from the liquid. It did really well with dog hair and my long hair, in addition to all the other random crumbs and such on the ground. The only downside is that the brush doesn't really "scrub." I feel like it's too soft to get anything that needs just a touch more elbow grease, like little clumps of dirt that maybe dried on the floor overnight. A different brush roll with bristles built in might help that. But really, this has saved my mental health from repeated spring time breakdowns with mud, and is so much easier and hygienic than regular mopping.

I got this on sale for $230, so it is among the less expensive wet/dry vacuums. I used it on both hard and carpeted floors, and it did really well considering the price. The suction isn't amazing, but I recommend just dragging it backward more slowly. It shampoos when moved forward and has steady suction in reverse, so you get a good balance if you just navigate it correctly. The charge lasted me about three refills of the cleaning fluid tank; it's a small tank, so expect to refill it once or twice if doing a large area. I had to empty the dirt compartment once. I got to deep clean cat fur and litter out of all my carpets and rugs. As a four-cat household, that is all I really care about. The hair didn't clog anything, neither their short fur nor my long hair, and it flushed out of the detachable pieces nicely. I just put a strainer in my drain and washed everything with Dawn. Added some paper towels to the base and set the body back to charge. My apartment, even where my kitten pottied on the carpet repeatedly, is smelling and feeling much fresher.

Dont throw away your broom and mop just yet. Is this product perfect? No. Would that keep me from buying it all over again? Also no. I have a husband who doesn't take off his shoes, a medically fragile 4 year old with a Gtube that often leaks chocolate formula all over the floor, and two dogs that run around in my swamp pit of a backyard. While this won't get every nook and cranny, it is largely effective. I am super glad I bought it. I'm all about reading the reviews and I can see how there can be room for improvement, I feel it's most definitely worth it for a tired mom that can't pull out the mop every five seconds. It even was still cleaning after I forgot to reattach the clean water tank! The cleanout process is a learning curve for me to figure out how to do it without leaking, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. I do want to mention I have germaphobia and ocd so using this was so satisfying. I usually avoid mopping as I hate touching and smelling the mop head. With this, I really didn't mind so much. I've attached what the roller looked like before the self clean and then after. I did take a wipe to the plastic front before starting the self-cleaning just to be transparent.

No suction didn't pick up anything off our floors compared to our dyson

This was the worst thing I’ve bought in a long time. I was trying to save money and this one was on sale so I decided to give it a try and then I regret that. It left streaks everywhere. Did a terrible job of cleaning and leaked everywhere! I really wanted to like it but it was bad.

Keep in mind u still have to sweep before using this, vacuum doesn’t suck in everything and you need to clean filter often to continue mopping if u have a bigger house I empty it out at least 3-4 times and u still have to mop if u really wanna get all the edges I find it like im working harder and not saving time .. and u also have to clean it out every time u use it it so it doesn’t leave dirty marks on ur floor i would maybe Invest in a more expensive one or different brand .. I’m thinking of buying a shark vacuum so maybe I can vacuum fast then use this after to save time idk not impressed tho

Very easy to use and leave your floors superclean, vacuum and mop at the same time and when you finish is easy to empty and clean the vacuum and everything all the parts

Best thing ever!!! With 4 dogs and rainy days this made quick work of the muddy messes!! Definitely recommend!! Super easy clean up too.

Left steaks everywhere on my floor, I was better off using a broom, dust pan, and a mop. This was a waste of time and money!

The light on the product works well. The suction is great, however it does not get around walls. Stuck on food will not be picked up.

Very glad I only spent $199 instead of $299. The suction is almost non-existent, the rate of solution coming out is so inconsistent. I always go very slowly, sometimes a lot comes out, other times barely anything. I got this so I wouldn’t have to sweep/vacuum and then mop (within reason). Dog hair is barely picked up by the wimpy roller brush that’s basically just soft plush carpet on a spool. Would probably not recommend.

The wet-dry packs a serious one-two punch! I was hesitant on how much the vacuum would be able to pick up with doing two jobs in one, but after receiving the vacuum from Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was IMPRESSED. Having to clean over 1,000sq feet of hardwood floors in the major areas in my home, the lights helped me see just how much debris I was missing and the periodic dump and refill in each session was so easy! The vacuum was able to get almost everything, however there was no attachment option for where the floor meets the baseboard areas which made it tougher to get everything done with this particular model. This wet-dry covers everything else and it was so nice to be able to vacuum and mop at the same time, saving me so many additional sweeps of the space especially with all the pet hair my pup leaves behind!

I got this product thinking it was going to be better then the cordless max but it's isn't I am displeased with the product sucks up water when I move it forward but not when I moved it back suction only works when moving forwards found out it a flaw with the design of the machine

I absolutely love this floor cleaner! I received this product as part of a promotion and expected that there would be a sacrifice on quality in order to have as many features as it does. I was pleasantly surprised! I have 3 cats and 2 kids, so our floors are pretty much always dirty with food crumbs, spilled drinks, and pet hair tumble weeds. I was very impressed with the quality of it's vacuuming and mopping features. This vacuum works better than some of the other more expensive products I have used. The headlights help to make sure that I don't miss any stray cat hairs floating around. I also love that it has a separate tank for used water, so I'm never spreading dirty water around my floors. I think my favorite feature has to be its self-cleaning cycle. Vacuum brushes always get so tangled with cat hair (we have long-haired cats). I really dislike having to manually get all the hair and junk off the brush roll. I don't have to with the CrossWave OmniFind because it does it itself!

I love this wet-vac! I have never owned a wet-vac so this was a new experience to me. Previously, I've been a broom and mop cleaner for hard floors at home but I am so happy to have this new device! And it can help my area rugs too! We have pets and small children and this has been a game changer for cleaning floors in our busy home. The wet-vac is lightweight and stores away nicely on a charger. I love that it doesn't have a cord dragging around as I clean but simply charges up on it's stand between uses. The amount of mess that came out of the wet chamber when finished cleaning was amazing. Apparently, my other devices had been missing a lot of dirt and pet hair. I find the high beam lights to be very helpful in pointing out hidden debris as I go along. I likely would not be able to see all of the areas that need extra attention without this. The tangle-free brush is great as many of the vacuums I've previously had have been a lot of work to maintain in this area. It makes upkeep much simpler. I recommend this product!
