Hate this model
I hate this machine. It smears spills on the floor as the brush barely touches the surface and I have flat floors. There is no trigger to add cleaning fluid onto the roller and there is only one style of cleaning brush. It does a poor job of cleaning compared to the older model I have and loved. I throw out the packaging as I did not expect to hate it this much so I cant return it. Hate it machine

I'm so disappointed in this crosswave. I can't control the water coming out and it doesn't suck up like advertise. The purple pet one is loved, but this one, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It's more work to use it.

I love it
like it . It definitely cuts my cleaning time in half. I was afraid it wouldn’t have good power with in not having a cord but it actually works better than I thought it would. Definitely need to get an another roller and cleaning formula for it I’m definitely gonna be using it a lot.

Do not recommend in the slightest
This worked so well the first several passes and then it started leaving spots on the areas I just mopped. I can see the liquid being sucked up in a tube, but it is not going all the way up into the container. Instead, the cleaning agent and water mixture is just going back out onto the floor. When I put the vacuum onto the base to spin clean it, It does the exact same thing and water begins overflowing out of the base and all over the floor. Reco

Terrible
I had high hopes for the Bissell CrossWave OmniFind, especially based on all the positive buzz. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The suction power is weak compared to other multi-surface cleaners I’ve used, so it often leaves behind streaks and soggy spots on hard floors. The brush roll gets tangled easily with pet hair, and cleaning it takes way more time and effort than it should. The water tank and dirty water separation also feel poorly designed; you end up with splashes and spills every time you empty it. After multiple uses, I’m just not impressed with the overall performance or durability. For the price point, I expected a lot more reliability and cleaning power. I can’t recommend this model and would advise considering other options first.

It’s wild to me this is specifically calls out “pet hair” and it does not do well with it. I’ve used this twice and I hate it. I’m sad I wasted money on it. It barely vacuums and then the mop part leaves streaks from the wheels.
