The Crosswave Omnifind is a versatile cleaning tool that excels in homes with pets, effectively vacuuming and mopping simultaneously. Its cordless design and built-in headlights enhance usability, allowing guests to easily spot hidden dirt and debris. The tangle-free brush roll simplifies maintenance, making it a favorite among busy households. While it performs well overall, some guests noted the need for more control over water usage and a stronger scrubbing action for tougher stains.

Cleaning made easy
This vacum I bought specifically for my kitchen to use on rugs and uncarpeted floors. This is very easy to use and make cleaning up messes easier for pet vomit that is a little more messy then a swiffer can handle.

Hi Heather, we’re sorry to hear your CrossWave OmniFind didn’t pick up water — that shouldn’t happen and we understand how concerning it is, especially with floor damage. This can occur if the dirty water tank or filter isn’t seated firmly, but we’d like to help you check everything so you can get proper suction. Our team can walk you through a few quick steps or assist with warranty support at support.bissell.com.

Absolutely awful. No suction didn’t even last a month.
1 reply from Bissell Team team - 30 days ago
We’re sorry to hear your OmniFind didn’t have suction and stopped working so quickly. That’s definitely not the experience we want with a BISSELL machine. Sudden loss of suction can sometimes be caused by a clogged filter or debris in the suction path, but we’d like to take a closer look and help make it right. Please reach out to us at support.bissell.com so our team can assist.

Great for my home
Love it! Easy to use, cleans hard wood floors and tile while collecting dust and trash! I’m just not the biggest fan of the 25 min run time! Other then that I do recommend

not good quality my floors were worse after using due to streaks and spreading dirt, not washing floor.
1 reply from Bissell Team team - 1 month ago
Hi there, we’re sorry your CrossWave OmniFind left streaks and didn’t lift the dirt as expected. This can happen if the brush or tanks aren’t fully seated, or if the dirty tank fills quickly. We appreciate the feedback, and our team can help get better results or explore other options at support.bissell.com.

Do not recommend in the slightest
This worked so well the first several passes and then it started leaving spots on the areas I just mopped. I can see the liquid being sucked up in a tube, but it is not going all the way up into the container. Instead, the cleaning agent and water mixture is just going back out onto the floor. When I put the vacuum onto the base to spin clean it, It does the exact same thing and water begins overflowing out of the base and all over the floor. Reco

Hi Marissa, we’re sorry your CrossWave OmniFind started leaving spots and overflowing during cleaning. That usually means the dirty water tank isn’t filling properly due to a blockage in the suction path, and our team can help walk you through a quick fix. Please reach out at support.bissell.com so we can get this working the way it should.

It’s wild to me this is specifically calls out “pet hair” and it does not do well with it. I’ve used this twice and I hate it. I’m sad I wasted money on it. It barely vacuums and then the mop part leaves streaks from the wheels.

Hi April, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear the CrossWave OmniFind didn’t meet your expectations for pet hair pickup and streak-free cleaning. Sometimes adjusting the cleaning mode or checking the brush roll can help, but we’d love to troubleshoot and make this right. Please reach out at support.bissell.com—we’re here to help.

This product is a joke!!! $300.00 dollars waisted!!

Awful
If you have an immaculate home with no dust or hair on the floors, and you fashion some sort of pipe cleaner for this machine and stick it in the always clogged neck after each and every single time you use your Crosswave, you might--might!--have floors ready to be mopped using a real mop and carpets cleaned using a real carpet cleaner. In other words, what a source of endless frustration and $200 piece of junk.

We’re sorry your CrossWave OmniFind hasn’t met expectations. Frequent clogs can often be reduced by rinsing the brush and neck after each use and clearing debris before cleaning. Please reach out at support.bissell.com for tips to make cleaning easier. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

Dont buy it, get the cordered green one
I had the green and white cross wave and it worked great. This one is awful. It spreads dirty water everywhere even right at first. I tried 4 times thinking it was me or a clog somewhere - no clogs, and everything was clean. Function was working and it was going into the tank but still streaking on the floor. Also it’s too thick to fit under cabinets - the green one fit. Just get the green one

Disappointed!
Bissell must pay people for good reviews because I bought this a couple months ago and it was rated well. Now it’s down to 3.5 stars. This thing is a huge piece of junk. It barely sucks anything up, and when it does it spits it back out. The tank runs out quickly and leaves floors super wet. Save your money cause I wish I did.
