Good for quick everyday messes but definitely not deep cleaning. Doesn't get well in the corners or edges. It is lightweight and easy to use. Runs out of water very quickly due to not being able to control liquid dispersion. Leaves floors somewhat wet and dirty water tank has to be constantly emptied.

NOT GOOD FOR WET CLEANING AT ALL !!
I used to have the crosswave petpro the purple one. And I MISS IT. I had it for almost 5 years and donated it when I moved states. Target only had this one and it just doesn't do as well. So disappointed. Sure the light shows every pet hair. But it doesn't always pick it up. I literally kill the battery trying to do all the floors because I have to go over them so many times. I have a German shepherd. Also I have to sweep before I even use it because it doesn't do under cabinets well or corners well.

Disappointed
I previously had a BISSELL Crosswave that stopped working so I replaced it with this one. They DO NOT work the same. This one doesn’t seem to suck anything up! It only mops. I wish I never bought it.

Really was not happy with this item - if you have multiple dogs , you absolutely cannot use this item as a vacuum AND A mop. It’s a glorified mop that only works decently.

Love this Crosswave model
I highly recommend this Crosswave OmniFind for pet owners. It sucks up hair and fur like a champ. I love that it's cordless and has headlights to find all the fur on the floor. My biggest selling point was the cordless feature the quiet operation and the headlights. I use it everyday.

Back in 2020, I bought an older vac mop from Bissell, and I’ve used it ever day for the past 5 years. While it still works, I wanted to replace it. The Bissell Crosswave that I purchased as a replacement about a week ago, is even better than the first one we had. The Crosswave has cut my cleaning time in half! Trust me when I say buy this. You won’t be disappointed!

Not what I was hoping for
The water tank is small. I have to refill it 1-2 times during cleaning. You can’t control how much water/solution is used, it releases solution when you push away and suctions when you pull the cleaner back toward you, mine seems to release way too much water, floors are soaked and it starts to streak soap and doesn’t suction it all back up.

Definitely worth the buy
As a household with 2 dogs we have a lot of dog hair around our house, both short and long coats. Plus a drooly boy. This thing is amazing. I got this after bringing my previous Crosswave to an Airbnb without dogs, and I think I made the right choice. It's so much lighter and quieter, and easier to clean thanks to the little guard thing in the wet tank that keeps the solids away from the liquid. It did really well with dog hair and my long hair, in addition to all the other random crumbs and such on the ground. The only downside is that the brush doesn't really "scrub." I feel like it's too soft to get anything that needs just a touch more elbow grease, like little clumps of dirt that maybe dried on the floor overnight. A different brush roll with bristles built in might help that. But really, this has saved my mental health from repeated spring time breakdowns with mud, and is so much easier and hygienic than regular mopping.

Great for my 900 sq ft, four cat apartment!
I got this on sale for $230, so it is among the less expensive wet/dry vacuums. I used it on both hard and carpeted floors, and it did really well considering the price. The suction isn't amazing, but I recommend just dragging it backward more slowly. It shampoos when moved forward and has steady suction in reverse, so you get a good balance if you just navigate it correctly. The charge lasted me about three refills of the cleaning fluid tank; it's a small tank, so expect to refill it once or twice if doing a large area. I had to empty the dirt compartment once. I got to deep clean cat fur and litter out of all my carpets and rugs. As a four-cat household, that is all I really care about. The hair didn't clog anything, neither their short fur nor my long hair, and it flushed out of the detachable pieces nicely. I just put a strainer in my drain and washed everything with Dawn. Added some paper towels to the base and set the body back to charge. My apartment, even where my kitten pottied on the carpet repeatedly, is smelling and feeling much fresher.
