Horrible company. don’t believe the warranty.
Product given to me as a gift. Filter basket broke. When I called Cuisinart I was told machine under warranty but they don’t have part I need. Without receipt, they can’t do anything for me. It was a gift and I don’t have a receipt. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM!!! Why have warranty if you discontinue parts.

Flexible Options on a Great Coffeemaker
This is a great coffee maker that provides us with three options. We can brew with ground coffee or whole bean coffee. Also, we can use coffee pods if we just need a cup or two. So easy to set your preference to meet your needs..

Works great until it does not.
This coffee pot worked great until it did not. We have had this pot for about 2 years. Turn the pot on it will grind the beans then nothing. WIll not percolate the water and warming pad will not heat up. For the cost of this machine it should last longer.

MUST HAVE COFFEE....hot, and convenient!
This is a great machine. The best parts of it is that the Keurig side puts out a hot cup of coffee (so many pod machines put out tepid coffee). This thing has been a trusty sidekick for a few years. The grinder works great, though we rarely use it...we just prefer to grind our own. Of HUGE importance. Our unit did die in a little under two years (about the 22 month mark), but Cuisinart's warranty is awesome...it was 3 years, and the process was super simple (so many companies act like I'm a criminal when trying to exercise the warranty THEY offer for the broken stuff). I've had this experience with them with other products as well. Cuisinart has my brand loyalty for good products and good service.

A Great Cup of Coffee
I purchased the Grind and Brew Plus and after getting it home I followed the instructions to begin the use of the coffee center. I found using it the first time the beans were ground very nicely and the coffee was hot when the brew was completed. It was also nice that the device allowed me to pour a cup while it was still brewing and did not keep dripping while I was pouring a cup. This was very important to me as I didn't want to wait to get my first cup. I would recommend this device highly.

Frustrating
I have to clean the bean grinder after each use or it gets gummed up and won’t work 😡

Tired of buying a keurig each year
I splurged hoping to dodge all the headaches of a keurig. So far so good, we like the brewing options including single serve with the sold separately granules pod. I dont understand why they wouldnt include that though. I havent used yhe grinder yet but notice that chamber gets moisture buildup. It seems like that module should be removable until needed, but no,it needs to be installed to view anything.

Rust stains
I like this coffee marker and generally purchase Cuisinart products due to quality. I am disappointed with this machine recently. The hot plate is leaving rust stains on my countertop. I can’t leave anything under it, for safety reasons with the heat it produces, to save my counters.

Nice Machine
This coffee pot brews much hotter and the brewed coffee is much smoother than our previous Cuisinart. Also, we were happy to discover our insulated carafe from the other machine could also be used with this one.

Don’t waste your money!!!
Do not waste your money. I HATE this coffee pot. It is slow to brew (and yes I’ve cleaned it multiple times with vinegar and coffee pot cleaner) and often doesn’t brew an entire pot. I have to set it for over an hour before I actually plan on drinking coffee in hopes I’ll have a full pot. And this is my 2nd one. I contacted cuisinart and they already replaced it once. I have used this brand for the past 35 years. But this one ? I want to destroy it with a baseball bat like they do the fax machine in the movie Office Space.

Overrated
I like this coffee maker in theory but it is ridiculous....the single cup side spills coffee everywhere no matter what type of pod I use. And the coffee grinds get caked in the grinder and don't fully dump into the basket.
