Great price for a nice coffee machine that is easy to use and clean

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews warning about overflowing grounds. I figured it was worth the $20 risk since there were so many positive reviews. I was wrong. This machine is junk. I will try another brand of basket coffee filters to see if that helps at all before I get rid of this machine. This coffee maker might be ok for making smaller amounts of coffee with less grounds and water. But if you are wanting full pots of coffee, then don’t waste your $20 on this thing.

Very happy with this product the only problem is getting a replacement carafe, had to buy another one unit just for that purpose 😕

Coffee maker does its purpose and was worth the money

I needed a new coffee maker because my older one had a rusted warming plate. When I saw this one at such a great price I decided to try it. It is a simple machine, add water, coffee grounds and flip the switch to on. Wow! was I surprised at what a great coffee maker this is. Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee! And the design takes up little space on the counter. The carafe does not drip when you pour while loading the coffee maker or filling a cup. Just what I wanted. I don't need a programmable maker with auto shut off etc. Leave it on to keep coffee warm or shut it off when brewing is done. If you want a simple coffee maker that brews a good cup of coffee try this one.

Power surge fried my previous coffee maker, so I hopped online and found this well-reviewed, in stock, reasonably priced maker. Did the usual "seasoning" that is recommended to get rid of the plastic smell on the first pot, and I have to say, this thing makes GREAT coffee! Brews quickly, does a good job keeping the brew hot on the hot plate, easy pour without drips of any kind, easy to acces the reservoir to pour water in. Also like that it has a smaller footprint than my previous one, takes up less counter space. I don't mind the on-off button, but if you're looking for one with auto shut off you'll have to buy a more expensive model. Only reason I decreased a star is an issue that is true of most every other coffee maker I've had -- it doesn't brew super hot coffee if you start out with cold water. I just use tap water, and I've learned over the years to use HOT water to pour into the reservoir, if you like your coffee good and hot. It's "hot enough" if you use cold water, just doesn't stay hot in my mug as long as I'd like it to -- brewing with hot to start with takes care of that. Overall really pleasantly surprised, at this price point my expectations were low, but this is a great little pot. Will look at this brand more, for sure.

It’s an excellent product for the price. I’ve spent much more money on coffee makers to find that they breakdown within one year on me. I drink lots of coffee and expect my coffee maker to have my back every morning. So no more high end coffee makers for me and decided to spend $19.99 on this one. So far, pretty good. It even makes my coffee very hot, just the way I like it. Winning!!! Keeping my fingers crossed on this Gourmia!
