Battery
I do not have this particular model but I do have the Hoover Blade which apparently, they do not make anymore. The battery stopped charging and can't find one anywhere, not even from Hoover. Keep that in mind and appears the batterys are almost as much as the vacuum. Im so sad I love that thing!!!

Battery Almost Caught On Fire
I purchased this vacuum after an older Hoover Stick vacuum I had stopped working. It worked just as great as the old one had and had a long battery life until about 40 days after owning it when I put the battery on the charger and left the room for literally a minute and came back to horrible smoke and a smoldering battery. I wasted all that money and can never trust one of these vacuums again if it can happen that quick. I'll be buying a corded vacuum from a different company.

Great until the hose cracks
I bought this product (2 of them) and both of them have cracked hoses at the base by the brush. I purchased them In October of 2025 and both of them are garbage as of 2026. Hoover also is out of stock for the correct replacement parts. The vacuum was great until this problem.

Sucks well.. Only had 1 month. cleaning part sucks
We bought the vacuum in Jan. 10, 2026 and I will start with the positive and go from there. It has great suction.It has nice attachments etc. My complaint is when you try to clean it and empty the hair/dirt the top part don't stay together you have to hold on tight so it don't fall apart. The dirt cup filter black part falls out very easily. It falls on the floor. It's hard to hang on to. I guess in that sense it's terrible. I just wanted to company to work on fixing that part on the next product they make. I get so mad when I have to empty the filter cup where the cyclone tube it's the black part that is the troubled part. I know there is nothing I can do, but wanted the company to know what's NOT the BEST functioning part of the vacuum. I hate to do bad reviews, but it becomes frustrating when you buy something and have troubles from the get go.

Love how light it is. That’s the only good thing. Two dead on arrival batteries and (like many other reviews I’m seeing) now the hose is cracked wide open. Completely unusable. Had it less than two years. Don’t buy.

Lower Flex hose will crack and split!
Was happy with the vacuum until the lower suction hose that attaches to the floor head cracked and split all over. Now it’s useless and Hoover doesn’t sell a replacement part for it! Go figure!

Better than expected!
Wow cleans just as well as my corded vacuum. Picks up hair on carpet! & The battery lasts pretty long. The only neg is the cup is small. Cleaning the filter is tedious & needs to be changed often. But still good suction- 1 yr later

Worst purchase I have ever made
This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The battery failed within a year, giving an error every time you try to charge. Now, the beater brush has completely failed due to a melted bearing. The vacuum is completely unusable and has proven to be the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Plenty of alternative brands out there that Hoover can be safely avoided with no loss.

Great suction, some parts cheaply made
Fell in love with my cordless hoover at the start. The powerful suction was amazing.It lifted the dirt and dust right from the bottom of the carpet. However, after maybe close to a year of having the hoover, one of the wheels fell off the power nozzle. I was amazed at how quickly it was replaced by the warranty. However, the second brand new hoover I had fell apart quite quickly.

Not a long lasting product

The floor brush won’t turn making it useless for the one and only carpet at entryway. Not doing a great job on the floors either. Not sure if this is because the brush won’t turn. Failure
This product is not worth the money. The vaccum Attachment does not last. I have had two, both with the same problem. Hair build up behind the plastic gear which causes heat build up and eventually failure.

Great at first but very disappointing overall
What has happened to you Hoover? Recieved new as a gift over the summer of 2025. Initially was very impressed with the versatility and ease of use, now 7 months later, the hose split on the floor attachment and vacuum is basically unusable for vacuuming around the house. Very disappointed with Hoover quality control.

Great Vacuum but parts not available
Bought this vacuum a while ago and it has been great. However once i gave the whole vacuum a cleaning the brush roll no longer spins. I took it out and cleaned all the debris and dirt, locked it back in place but it will not spin. Have been trying to locate a new EMERGE MULTI SURFACE SINGLE BRUSHROLL NOZZLE to purchase in Canada but no luck. Guess I will have to purchase a whole new vacuum NOT from Hoover.
