Q: Why are all of the 5 star reviews from people that got this product for free if they would review it? Seems they are skewed ratings. Did anyone actually buy this and like it?

A: I bought this not because I have pet stains but that I have kids, and they are messy. Some stains I didn't notice until I dedicated an entire day to cleaning my carpet throughout my house, so not sure how long they were there. Every stain I had came out and never came back. I recommend 100%.

Q: What is the water temperature? Heatwave Technology is not an answer and sounds like marketing/PR propaganda. Define HWT and answer the water temperature question!

submitted byjp - 6 years agoA: As you noted, this cleaner uses our HeatWave Technology and does not have a water heater in it. HeatWave Technology helps to maintain the temperature of the water placed in the clean tank. We recommend using hot but not boiling or microwaved tap water in the machine.

A: I've done it before, make sure you use the express setting so you add less water to the mattress. Be sure to extract as much excess liquid as possible. Once finished allow the mattress to dry for at least 12 hours (leaving moisture can cause mold to form, thus ruining your mattress). I recommend using a box fan on it, to speed up the process of drying

This vacuum drips when you carry it . Had it serviced once for the problem didn't help. So if you want a vacuum that drips when you carry it this is your vacuum. I was told you need to keep it clean but it did it after only 2 short uses again.

I came home last night to my dog having a poop accident in my basement, which is fully carpeted. Let’s just say it was EVERYWHERE! Thank god I had the BISSELL Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner stored in my closet. Not only did it clean all 100 spots that were on my Basement Carpet, but it also took care of the foul odor! I think it cleans great. I’ve only used it twice now. I only gave it 3 stars because I really dislike the dirty water tank. You have big dirty water tank but you can only fill it about 1/4 of the way full. For a small room, I had to empty the water tank 3-4 times. I’d hate to use it upstairs because I would have to walk up and down the stairs constantly just to empty the dirty water tank.

I got my new cleaner yesterday and I was so excited to use it. I've had the older model for about 7 years when it finally decided to stop working. My husband purchased the new model which I was excited to get it's smaller and seams to use more water so I can clean bigger surfaces. On my 3rd spot, the canister is half full of soap and the dirty water is about 1/4 full. The machine stopped sucking up water. I thought it was plugged by hair or something so I pulled it apart and there was nothing so I pulled out the dirty water tank and it spilled all the dirty water on me and the floor. Great because now I don't have a way to clean it up.

I bought the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner and it's been the worst experience. It worked for all of about 30 minutes and then stopped spraying water. After multiple attempts to reach customer support, was finally told to take to a repair center for a warranty repair. Drove to that location and it has been closed for over a year! I have a brand-new machine that doesn't work and no help. How much gas and time am I supposed to invest on one of your junk machines?

It’s great on short rugs. On my longer shagg type rug I don’t see it as clean as my other rug but it’s worth it. Also wish the dirty water container could hold more water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't notice any heating at all of the cleaning solution. It didn't feel any warmer than when I put it in the tank. The float on the collection tank is set way too conservatively. It shut off the cleaner when it was only about 1/3 full. I was constantly having to empty the tank. My carpet looks very clean, but it smells bad and has smelled bad for over a week. I never had this problem with my old Hoover steam cleaner.
