A: We recommend holding the trigger down while making a forward pass, then releasing while pulling the machine back over the area. Then make another pass without spray. We're always here to help you!

A: Great question! Yes, the BISSELL TurboClean Pet XL Carpet Cleaner has spray controlled by a trigger. When the trigger is not being pressed, water and solution are not dispensed and the machine can make "Dry-passes".

Waste tank fills up so fast from their own brand of cleaning you put in it makes it foam up. Have to empty waste tank 2-3 times before all your clean water has even been used. Also DOES NOT WORK!!!

I like how easy this is to use & the wide path it cleans. It’s easy to fill and easy to clean out. You need to use attachments to clean edges next to the wall and corners though. It’s not super loud so it didn’t scare our cat.

I am a die hard bissell fan, I love the products but what really upsets me the most is spending good money on these products for them not to work after a couple uses. I have given up and having to throw away my second PERFECTLY NEW BRAND NEW MACHINES AFTER ONLY A FEW USES IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE ! I refuse to put my money into these machine anymore

This is the first product review I have ever written because no other cleaning products have impressed me as much as this one. I have 4 kids and 2 dogs, one of which has a problem holding her bladder. I have tried numerous other cleaners and this one stole the show! It is an amazing product and to think I’m helping pets by using it makes it that much better! Thank you Bissell for saving my rugs, carpets, and our 4 legged friends!

I bought this about a month ago. It does a great job of getting stains out of carpet however, at any random moment, the dirty water tank leaks out all over the place. I was mindful that this could happen if it got too full and I was watching and it was about half full, after the first time I was burned, and the machine just blew its load all over my carpet. I don’t trust it. This is awful.

I took it home from the store and read the directions to set it up and start it. Less than 5 seconds into to turning it on it starts smoking and catches fire. An hour after purchase, I returned it 🙄

I wouldn’t even give this item one star. I just took it out of the box, installed as per the instructions and added the water and solution provided. It didn’t seem to clean much, left for about a 1/2 hr and came back and both the dirty container and water with solution container were empty! Leaked all over the floor, creating mor of a mess
