I loved it until not brewing only 7 months using. I contacted the company and send all information with photos and video. Their support is so slow. Now they say send product back with FedEx. No label no instructions. It is so slow. I live without coffee whole week.

Buy something better
This was the worst purchase I made. It doesn’t heat the water correctly or drip properly. It took me 30 minutes to make 1 cup of coffee because it kept shutting off. It the destroyed my coffee pods so much that coffee grounds were EVERYWHERE in the machine.

Cute and easy to use
I got mine on sale so it was a much better deal than the leading brand of coffee pod brewers. I like that it’s so easy to use… just drop in the pod and push the button. I don’t see the purpose of the slidable shelf. It’s a little shaky when I move it into the “coffee cup” level so I just leave it on the bottom level regardless of whether I’m brewing into a cup or travel mug. I got the oat color and it’s nice. The coffee tastes fine. I like that this is quicker than my old regular coffee maker, takes less time to brew and is easier to clean.

Easy breezy
I have been a steady Keurig user for a long time. I have had problems out the last two so I went looking for a reliable single serve coffee maker. I started by reading reviews of this product. Most of the reviews that I read, people were extremely happy with it. I looked at the style, colors, availability in store. This machine I got it unpacked plugged in washed accessories, cleaned machine by running it through a cycle. It worked and it made the most delicious cup of coffee!! I've made 5 cups of coffee at this point since getting the machine yesterday. If you like less complicated, I recommend this product!! This is my home office coffee machine and it will be used daily.

DO NOT BUY
I wouldn’t even give it one star. Worked for four days and then quit working. It leaks water, only bought it because my kurig went out after 7 years. Should’ve just spent the extra money on another kurig which now I will be doing again.
