Q: When the carafe goes off can you turn it back on to warming if you don’t drink the pot in 2 hours?

A: I own this machine and have wanted to do the same thing but have not been able to find how to do this. There is no “keep warm” on this machine like the manufacturer stated below.

Decent Coffee Pot Upgrade
Coming off the cheapest coffee pots for decades, this was a splurged (paid $130 a week ago, dismayed to find it today for $90! Ugh!) I would recommend it though. Love the swing out basket (while the pie is in place) and removable water tower! No more filling pot with water then filling the reservoir! A variety of features. Love that it keeps my coffee warm rather than burning it for hours, auto shut off (haven't gauged when that happens, but it does.) Light indicators are a bit tricky, red means it's on, white means it's off. Not sure I love The pot on the side but it does work for me so can't complain too much. Haven't used iced coffee feature yet, But instructions look like it's going to come out hot and you have to put it in ice don't know if I like that idea. Reservoir lid does fall in easily when putting back on. Like that it doesn't pour gobs of steam out the top just a little bit through the small holes.

Do not buy
Don’t waste your money on this junk, the needle gets clogged up after a few uses, the water tank leaks without fail even after ensuring it is placed down correctly and secured. This is by far the worst coffee maker I’ve ever used, even the $20 mainstay coffee maker is better than this crap.

Nice coffemaker, but not as sturdy as previous 2-Way FlexBrew
This newer FlexBrew model performs perfectly and has additional 'iced brewing options;' however, it is not as 'sturdy' as my previous 2-Way FlexBrew coffeemaker (49976). The directions are clear and easy to understand. The 5-Way single cup stand is all plastic with no metal top/grate (cheap) and does not sit flat (rocks a little). The glass carafe seems much lighter/thinner (cheaper) compared to the 2-Way' pot. Note: The 2-Way carafe is taller and cannot be re-used (as an extra pot) with this newer FlexBrew model. On the carafe-side, I do not like the 'measured' brew cups, i.e., you set for number of cups, but you actually get a little less because of water held in the grounds and evaporation, so on your last pour you are left with only a half-cup. Per the design, it works as it should.

Dont buy this one
This unit has a 90 day return window. Mine began malfunctioning at day 100. It only tells you it needs to be cleaned as your pot is brewing and the unit shuts down. So I am having to write “clean coffeemaker” on a calendar to do it before another late coffee morning. The Keurig part has begun to leak, stop up or overflow. I have only used about 30 pods in it.

Faulty mechanics
Well, shoot. This coffee maker didn't make it 80 days. It can only draw in a few ounces of water from the reservoir before it says to add more water, even though there's plenty in the tank. I am a fan of the flex brew - I bought my last one in the pandemic and it survived my heavy output. Not here! I'm running to the return aisle because I have to have coffee. Too bad. Customer service for Hamilton Beach is pretty lacking as well.

Our coffee maker died just as family arrived. I went to target app and found this one. We absolutely LOVE it!! It is so fast, does numerous different ounces and it does a whole 12 cup pot!! We've made single serve cups and have made pots in it. So happy I found this one!!

Single Serve Leaks
Let me start by saying that I RARELY leave reviews. Most often they are negative because nobody takes the time to leave good ones. After about 1 month of use, the singel serve option in the front began leaking, spewing out everywhere as if the water could not drain down in to the cup or it was overflowing from pouring too fast. I thought it was operator error and the lid wasn't properly closed. It's been roughly 3 months and I could not be more dissapointed. The carafe part works perfect, make the coffee quickly and as descirbed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

KCUP Brew doesn't work
We have had this pot a few months now and usually made coffee with just the carafe. That worked great. The single serve that you fill yourself worked fine also. But, completely fails if you put an actual kcup in it. Explodes sometimes, which mashed a huge mess.. Sometimes just brews and spews water, and needle always says it's clogged. 119 dollar coffee pot, I expect it all to work perfectly. I could've just bought a 20 dollar pot and separate mini Keurig for probably less. Waste of money.

Out of the box, the single serve option would not work. Every brew we tried just goes to the carafe. Tried to troubleshoot and nothing worked. Stay away.

Good but stopped working
I actually really like this coffee maker, but it stopped working after five months. My last Hamilton Beach coffee maker lasted around five years at least! I tried cleaning, but it kept clicking off, and when I would push the buttons, it would blink at me or say I needed to add water when the reservoir was already full. I also wish there was a way to turn it back on for warming if the pot is not finished after two hours. One of the messages from the manufacturer said there was a “keep warm” feature, but I did not find this to be true.
